1. Taraflar ve kabul

İşbu Kullanım Koşulları, TaskTomo mobil uygulamasına ve tasktomo.com web sitesine erişiminizi ve bunları kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, hesap oluşturarak veya web sitesini kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız hizmeti kullanmayın.

Hizmet, TaskTomo'yu bireysel olarak geliştiren ve işleten Ege Karaca (gerçek kişi, Türkiye) tarafından sunulmaktadır. İletişim: info@tasktomo.com

Kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır ve bu koşulların ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır.

2. Hizmetin kapsamı

TaskTomo; görev ve plan yönetimi, odaklanma (pomodoro) araçları, ders programı, sınav ve deneme takibi, yapay zeka destekli çalışma asistanı, oyunlaştırma öğeleri ve arkadaşlarla birlikte çalışma özellikleri sunar.

Web sitemiz ayrıca hesap açmadan kullanılabilen ücretsiz araçlar (YKS sıralama tahmini ve not ortalaması hesaplayıcı) ile tanıtım, SSS, basın ve kurumsal başvuru sayfalarını içerir.

Hangi özelliklerin sunulduğu ülkeye, eğitim düzeyine ve sürüme göre değişebilir. Belirli bir özelliğin sürekli sunulacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz.

3. Yaş ve uygunluk

TaskTomo'yu kullanabilmek için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir.

16 yaşından küçükseniz, hizmeti yalnızca veli veya vasinizin bilgisi ve onayı ile kullanabilirsiniz. Hesap oluşturarak bu onaya sahip olduğunuzu beyan etmiş olursunuz. Veli veya vasi iseniz, çocuğunuzun bu koşullara uymasından siz sorumlusunuz.

Hesabınız daha önce kurallara aykırılık nedeniyle kapatılmışsa yeni hesap açamazsınız.

4. Hesabınız

Verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru olmasından, hesabınızın ve şifrenizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleşen tüm işlemler size aittir. Yetkisiz bir erişimden şüphelenirseniz derhal bize bildirin.

Kullanıcı adları başkalarını yanıltıcı, hakaret içeren veya başkasının haklarını ihlal eden nitelikte olamaz. Bu tür kullanıcı adlarını değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır.

Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesap bölümünden silebilirsiniz.

5. Yapay zeka özellikleri

TaskTomo, Tomo yapay zeka koçu ve asistanı ile yapay zeka destekli sınav analizi özelliklerini içerir. Bu özellikler yalnızca çalışma yardımcısı olarak sunulur.

Yapay zeka tarafından üretilen içeriğin doğruluğunu, eksiksizliğini veya bir amaca uygunluğunu garanti etmiyoruz. Bu özellikler tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya profesyonel uzmanlık gerektiren tavsiye amacıyla kullanılamaz. Yapay zeka çıktılarına dayanarak aldığınız kararların sorumluluğu size aittir.

Yapay zeka özelliklerinde adil kullanım sınırları uygulanır. Otomatik araçlarla veya olağan kullanımın çok ötesinde bir hacimde bu özellikleri kullanamaz, sistemin sınırlarını aşmaya yönelik girişimlerde bulunamazsınız.

6. Davranış kuralları

Kötüye kullanıma karşı sıfır tolerans uyguluyoruz. Aşağıdakiler kesinlikle yasaktır ve hesabınızın önceden bildirimde bulunulmaksızın askıya alınmasına veya kapatılmasına yol açar:

Tehdit, taciz, zorbalık, nefret söylemi veya ayrımcılık,
Müstehcen, pornografik, şiddet içeren veya yasa dışı içerik paylaşmak,
Başkasının kimliğine bürünmek veya sahte kimlik kullanmak,
Spam göndermek, istenmeyen tanıtım yapmak, diğer kullanıcıları rahatsız etmek,
Reşit olmayan kullanıcılardan kişisel bilgi talep etmek veya onlarla uygunsuz iletişim kurmak,
Hizmeti tersine mühendislik yapmak, otomatik betiklerle kullanmak, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak,
XP, seviye, seri veya sıralamaları hileli yollarla manipüle etmek.

7. Sosyal özellikler ve bildirim

Uygulama; arkadaş ekleme, birlikte çalışma odaları ve doğrudan mesajlaşma gibi kullanıcılar arası etkileşim özellikleri içerir. Diğer kullanıcılardan gelen içerikten TaskTomo sorumlu değildir.

Kurallara aykırı bir davranışla karşılaşırsanız ilgili kullanıcıyı uygulama içinden engelleyebilir ve bildirebilirsiniz. Bildirimleri değerlendirir, gerekli gördüğümüzde içeriği kaldırır ve hesabı kapatırız.

Kötüye kullanım bildirimlerini incelemek amacıyla ilgili mesajlara erişebiliriz. Bunun dışında özel mesajlarınızı okumayız.

Hizmetteki içeriği izleme hakkımız saklıdır, ancak bunu yapma yükümlülüğümüz yoktur. Her içeriği önceden denetlemiyoruz; bir içeriği kaldırmamış olmamız onu onayladığımız anlamına gelmez.

8. İçeriğiniz

Uygulamaya girdiğiniz görevler, notlar, mesajlar ve diğer içerikler size aittir. Bu içerik üzerinde herhangi bir mülkiyet iddiasında bulunmuyoruz.

Hizmeti size sunabilmemiz için (içeriğinizi saklamak, cihazlarınız arasında eşitlemek, seçtiğiniz kişilere göstermek ve talebiniz üzerine yapay zeka özelliklerinde işlemek amacıyla) bize sınırlı, dünya çapında, telifsiz bir kullanım hakkı vermiş olursunuz. Bu hak yalnızca hizmeti işletmek içindir ve hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer.

Geri bildirim: bize gönderdiğiniz öneri, fikir ve geri bildirimler bu maddenin dışındadır. Bunları herhangi bir gizlilik yükümlülüğü, ücret veya atıf zorunluluğu olmaksızın serbestçe kullanabilir, ürüne katabiliriz. Geri bildirim gönderirken kişisel veri veya başkasına ait gizli bilgi paylaşmayın.

9. Fikri mülkiyet ve sanal öğeler

Uygulamadaki ve web sitesindeki tüm tasarımlar, kodlar, metinler, görseller ve Tomo karakteri dahil marka öğeleri TaskTomo'ya aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır. Yazılı iznimiz olmadan kopyalanamaz, dağıtılamaz veya türev çalışmalarda kullanılamaz.

XP, rozet, unvan, banner ve avatar gibi uygulama içinde kazanılan ya da açılan sanal öğeler size yalnızca uygulama içi, kişisel ve devredilemez bir kullanım lisansı sağlar. Bu öğelerin gerçek dünyada parasal bir değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez ve başkasına satılamaz veya devredilemez.

Telif hakkı şikayeti: hizmette paylaşılan bir içeriğin eserinizden izinsiz yararlandığını düşünüyorsanız info@tasktomo.com adresine yazın. Bildiriminizde eseri, şikayet konusu içeriğin hizmette nerede bulunduğunu, iletişim bilgilerinizi ve hak sahibi olduğunuza dair beyanınızı iletin. Haklı bulduğumuz bildirimlerde içeriği kaldırır, tekrarlayan ihlallerde hesabı kapatırız.

10. Ücretli özellikler ve reklamlar

TaskTomo'nun temel özellikleri ücretsiz sunulmaktadır. Bazı özellikleri ücretli abonelik (premium) kapsamında sunabilir, uygulamada ve web sitesinde reklam gösterebiliriz.

Bu koşulların yayımlandığı tarihte ücretli bir özellik bulunmamaktadır.

Abonelikler: ücretli abonelikler yalnızca Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satılır ve ilgili mağazanın ödeme, yenileme, iptal ve iade koşullarına tabidir. Abonelikler, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir. İptali mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından yaparsınız. Ücretler, kapsam ve avantajlar değişebilir; değişiklikler mevcut dönemin sonunda yürürlüğe girer.

Bu koşulların yayımlandığı tarihte uygulamada ve web sitesinde reklam gösterilmemektedir.

Reklamlar: hizmette üçüncü taraf reklamlar gösterilebilir. Reklamların içeriğinden ve reklamı veren üçüncü taraflarla kuracağınız ilişkiden TaskTomo sorumlu değildir. Reklam çerezleri ve izleme izni hakkında ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır.

Ücretli özellik veya reklam uygulamaya alınmadan önce bu koşullar güncellenir ve kullanıcılar bilgilendirilir.

11. Web sitesi araçları

Web sitesindeki YKS sıralama tahmini ve not ortalaması hesaplayıcı yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Yaklaşık sonuçlar üretir; resmi bir tahmin, taahhüt veya garanti niteliği taşımaz. Tercih, kayıt veya benzeri önemli kararlarınızı tek başına bu araçlara dayandırmayın. Resmi bilgi için ÖSYM, YÖK ve okulunuzun açıklamalarını esas alın.

12. Hizmetin değişmesi ve sona ermesi

Hizmeti geliştirmek, değiştirmek veya belirli özellikleri sonlandırmak hakkımız saklıdır. Kullanımınızı önemli ölçüde etkileyecek değişikliklerde makul bir süre önce bilgilendirme yaparız.

Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Ağır ihlallerde (özellikle taciz, müstehcen içerik ve güvenlik ihlalleri) bu önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın yapılabilir.

Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Hesabın kapanması halinde sanal öğeler dahil uygulama içi haklarınız sona erer; bunlar için herhangi bir bedel iadesi yapılmaz. Bu durum, tüketici mevzuatından doğan iade haklarınızı etkilemez.

13. Sorumluluk reddi

Hizmet "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT HALİYLE" sunulmaktadır. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya her zaman erişilebilir olacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz.

TaskTomo bir çalışma ve verimlilik aracıdır; sınav başarısı, not ortalaması veya herhangi bir akademik ya da mesleki sonuç garantisi vermez.

Verilerinizi düzenli olarak yedeklemenizi öneririz. Uygulama içindeki Ayarlar → Verilerimi dışa aktar özelliğini kullanabilirsiniz.

14. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde TaskTomo; dolaylı zararlardan, veri kaybından, kâr kaybından veya hizmetin kullanılamamasından doğan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

Hiçbir durumda toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ay içinde bize ödediğiniz tutarı aşamaz. Hizmeti ücretsiz kullanıyorsanız bu tutar sıfırdır.

Bu bölüm; kastımızdan, ağır ihmalimizden veya mevzuat gereği sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluklardan (özellikle tüketici hakları ve can güvenliği) doğan sorumluluğu kapsamaz.

15. Uygulama mağazaları

Uygulamayı App Store veya Google Play üzerinden edindiyseniz, ilgili mağazanın koşulları da geçerlidir.

Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir. Uygulamaya ilişkin bakım, destek ve taleplerden yalnızca TaskTomo sorumludur. Uygulamanın üçüncü kişi fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği iddiasında bulunulması halinde de sorumluluk TaskTomo'ya aittir. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve koşulları size karşı ileri sürme hakkına sahiptir.

Uygulamayı ABD ambargosu altındaki bir ülkeden veya ABD'nin yasaklı taraflar listelerinde yer alarak kullanmadığınızı beyan edersiniz.

16. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ile icra daireleri yetkilidir.

Tüketici sıfatıyla hareket ediyorsanız, bu hüküm sizi yerleşik olduğunuz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden ve oradaki yetkili mahkemelere başvurma hakkınızdan yoksun bırakmaz. Türkiye'de tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilirsiniz.

17. Diğer hükümler

Bu koşulların herhangi bir hükmünün geçersiz sayılması diğer hükümlerin geçerliliğini etkilemez. Bir hakkımızı kullanmamamız o haktan feragat ettiğimiz anlamına gelmez.

Bu koşullardan doğan hak ve yükümlülüklerinizi bize bildirmeden devredemezsiniz. Biz, işletmenin devri halinde bu sözleşmeyi devredebiliriz.

Hesabınızın kapanması veya bu sözleşmenin sona ermesi halinde; içeriğinize ilişkin hükümler, fikri mülkiyet, sorumluluk reddi, sorumluluğun sınırı ve uygulanacak hukuk maddeleri yürürlükte kalmaya devam eder.

Doğal afet, savaş, salgın, altyapı veya internet servis sağlayıcısı kaynaklı kesintiler gibi makul kontrolümüz dışındaki nedenlerle hizmeti sunamadığımız süreler için sorumlu tutulamayız.

Bu koşullar ile Gizlilik Politikası, aramızdaki sözleşmenin tamamını oluşturur.

18. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve en üstte son güncelleme tarihi belirtilir. Haklarınızı önemli ölçüde etkileyen değişikliklerde, değişiklik yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinden veya e-posta ile bilgilendirme yaparız. Bildirimden sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TaskTomo mobile app and the tasktomo.com website. By downloading the app, creating an account or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is provided by Ege Karaca, who develops and operates TaskTomo as an individual (a natural person, based in Türkiye). Contact: info@tasktomo.com

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

2. What the service is

TaskTomo provides task and plan management, focus (pomodoro) tools, a timetable, exam and mock-test tracking, an AI-assisted study companion, gamification elements and features for studying together with friends.

Our website additionally offers free tools that need no account (a YKS ranking estimator and a grade average calculator), along with marketing, FAQ, press and institutional enquiry pages.

Which features are available may vary by country, education level and app version. We do not commit to offering any particular feature indefinitely.

3. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TaskTomo.

If you are under 16, you may use the service only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. By creating an account you confirm you have that consent. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child's compliance with these terms.

You may not create a new account if a previous one was closed for breaking these rules.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account and password. Everything done through your account is attributed to you. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Usernames may not be misleading, abusive, or infringe anyone else's rights. We reserve the right to change such usernames.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

5. AI features

TaskTomo includes the Tomo AI coach and assistant and AI-assisted exam analysis. These features are provided as study aids only.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete or fit for any purpose. These features must not be used for medical, legal, financial or any other advice requiring professional judgement. You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.

Fair use limits apply to AI features. You may not use them through automated tools, at volumes far beyond ordinary use, or attempt to circumvent their limits.

6. Rules of conduct

We have zero tolerance for abuse. The following are strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of your account without prior notice:

Threats, harassment, bullying, hate speech or discrimination,
Sharing obscene, pornographic, violent or illegal content,
Impersonating someone else or using a false identity,
Spamming, unsolicited promotion, or disrupting other users,
Soliciting personal information from minors or contacting them inappropriately,
Reverse engineering the service, using it through automated scripts, or attempting to bypass security measures,
Manipulating XP, levels, streaks or rankings by illegitimate means.

7. Social features and reporting

The app includes features that let users interact, such as adding friends, shared study rooms and direct messages. TaskTomo is not responsible for content created by other users.

If you encounter behaviour that breaks these rules, you can block and report the user from inside the app. We review reports and, where we consider it necessary, remove content and close accounts.

We may access the relevant messages in order to investigate an abuse report. Otherwise we do not read your private messages.

We reserve the right to monitor content in the service, but we are under no obligation to do so. We do not pre-screen content, and the fact that we have not removed something does not mean we endorse it.

8. Your content

The tasks, notes, messages and other content you put into the app belong to you. We claim no ownership over them.

So that we can run the service for you, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store your content, sync it across your devices, show it to the people you choose, and process it in AI features at your request. This licence exists only to operate the service and ends when you delete your account.

Feedback: suggestions, ideas and feedback you send us fall outside that licence. We may use them freely and build them into the product, with no obligation of confidentiality, payment or attribution. Please do not include personal data or anyone else's confidential information in feedback.

9. Intellectual property and virtual items

All designs, code, text, images and brand elements in the app and on the website, including the Tomo character, belong to TaskTomo and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, distributed or used in derivative works without our written permission.

Virtual items earned or unlocked in the app, such as XP, badges, titles, banners and avatars, grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app only. They have no monetary value in the real world, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else.

Copyright complaints: if you believe content shared in the service uses your work without permission, write to info@tasktomo.com. Tell us what the work is, where the offending content sits in the service, how to contact you, and confirm that you hold the rights. Where a complaint is justified we remove the content, and we close accounts that infringe repeatedly.

10. Paid features and advertising

TaskTomo's core features are provided free of charge. We may offer certain features as part of a paid subscription (premium) and may display advertising in the app and on the website.

As of the date of these terms, no paid feature is offered.

Subscriptions: paid subscriptions are sold exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's payment, renewal, cancellation and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You cancel through the subscription settings of your store account. Prices, scope and benefits may change, with changes taking effect at the end of the current period.

As of the date of these terms, no advertising is shown in the app or on the website.

Advertising: third-party advertising may be shown in the service. TaskTomo is not responsible for the content of those ads or for any dealings you have with the advertisers. Details on advertising cookies and tracking permission are in our Privacy Policy.

These terms will be updated and users informed before any paid feature or advertising goes live.

11. Website tools

The YKS ranking estimator and the grade average calculator on our website are for information only. They produce approximate results and are not official predictions, commitments or guarantees. Do not base university preference, enrolment or similar decisions on them alone. Rely on the official statements of ÖSYM, YÖK and your own institution.

12. Changes and termination

We reserve the right to improve, change or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects how you use the service, we will give reasonable notice.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. For serious breaches, particularly harassment, obscene content and security violations, we may do so without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time. When an account closes, your in-app entitlements including virtual items end, and no refund is payable for them. This does not affect refund rights you have under consumer law.

13. Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accessible.

TaskTomo is a study and productivity tool. It does not guarantee exam performance, grades, or any academic or professional outcome.

We recommend keeping your own backups. You can use Settings → Export my data in the app.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskTomo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or damages arising from the service being unavailable.

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you use the service free of charge, that amount is zero.

Nothing in this section limits liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular consumer rights and personal safety.

15. App stores

If you obtained the app through the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply.

Apple is not a party to this agreement. TaskTomo alone is responsible for the app, its maintenance and support, and for any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.

You confirm that you are not using the app from a country subject to a US embargo, and that you are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.

If you are acting as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts there.

17. Other terms

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of it.

You may not transfer your rights and obligations under these terms without telling us. We may transfer this agreement in connection with a transfer of the business.

If your account closes or this agreement ends, the sections on your content, intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply.

We are not liable for periods in which we cannot provide the service for reasons beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disaster, war, epidemic, or infrastructure and internet provider outages.

These terms together with the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between us.

18. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the last updated date at the top. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that notice means you accept the new terms.
