İşbu Kullanım Koşulları ('Sözleşme'), TaskTomo mobil uygulamasına ve web sitesine erişiminiz ve bunları kullanımınızla ilgili yasal şartları belirler. Uygulamayı ya da web sitesini indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. HİZMETİN KAPSAMI VE KABUL

TaskTomo, kullanıcılara odaklanma araçları, yapay zeka destekli çalışma asistanı, oyunlaştırma öğeleri ve sosyal etkileşim özellikleri sunar. Web sitemiz ayrıca herkesin hesap açmadan kullanabileceği ücretsiz bilgilendirme araçları (YKS sıralama tahmini ve not ortalaması/GPA hesaplayıcı) ile tanıtım, SSS ve basın sayfaları sunar. Hizmetlerimizi kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olduğunuzu beyan ve taahhüt edersiniz.

2. KULLANICI HESABI VE GÜVENLİK

Hesap güvenliğinizden ve şifrenizin gizliliğinden tamamen siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetler sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Yetkisiz erişim şüphesi durumunda derhal bizimle iletişime geçmelisiniz.

3. YAPAY ZEKA ÖZELLİKLERİ — TOMO YAPAY ZEKA KOÇU VE SINAV ANALİZİ

TaskTomo; Tomo Yapay Zeka Koçu (çalışma sohbet asistanı) ve Yapay Zeka Sınav Analizi özelliklerini içermektedir. Bu özellikler yalnızca verimlilik yardımcısı olarak sunulmaktadır. TaskTomo, yapay zeka tarafından üretilen içeriklerin doğruluğunu veya uygunluğunu garanti etmez. Yapay zeka özellikleri; tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya profesyonel uzmanlık gerektiren konularda tavsiye almak amacıyla kullanılamaz. Yapay zeka yanıtlarına dayanarak alınan kararların sorumluluğu tamamen kullanıcıya aittir.

4. KULLANICI DAVRANIŞLARI VE İÇERİK POLİTİKASI

Uygulama, topluluk ve çok oyunculu özellikler aracılığıyla kullanıcıların etkileşimine olanak tanır. Aşağıdaki eylemler kesinlikle yasaktır ve hesabın süresiz kapatılmasına neden olur:

Tehdit, taciz, zorbalık veya nefret söylemi içeren paylaşımlar,
Müstehcen, pornografik veya yasa dışı içerik yaymak,
Diğer kullanıcıları rahatsız edici davranışlarda bulunmak.

TaskTomo, uygunsuz içerikleri kaldırma ve kural ihlali yapan kullanıcıları önceden bildirmeksizin platformdan uzaklaştırma hakkını saklı tutar.

5. FİKRİ MÜLKİYET VE SANAL ÖĞELER

Uygulama içindeki tüm tasarımlar, kodlar ve içerikler TaskTomo'ya aittir. Uygulama içinde kazanılan veya açılan 'XP', 'Rozet', 'Banner' gibi sanal öğeler, yalnızca uygulama içi kullanım lisansı sağlar; gerçek dünyada maddi bir değeri yoktur ve nakde çevrilemez.

6. ÖDEMELER VE REKLAMLAR

TaskTomo mobil uygulaması şu anda tamamen ücretsizdir ve hiçbir reklam içermez. Web sitemizde ise üçüncü taraf reklamlar (ör. Google AdSense) gösterilebilir. İleride isteğe bağlı ücretli özellikler (ör. premium üyelik) eklenirse, bunlar yalnızca Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden yürütülür ve ilgili mağazanın ödeme, yenileme ve iade koşullarına tabidir. Herhangi bir ücretli özelliği devreye almadan önce bu koşulları güncelleyeceğiz.

7. SORUMLULUK REDDİ

Uygulama ve web sitesi 'OLDUĞU GİBİ' (AS IS) sunulmaktadır. TaskTomo, hizmetlerin kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Uygulama bir verimlilik aracıdır; akademik veya profesyonel başarı garantisi vermez. Web sitesindeki YKS sıralama tahmini ve GPA hesaplayıcı gibi araçlar yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlı yaklaşık sonuçlar üretir; resmi tahmin ya da garanti niteliği taşımaz ve önemli kararlarınızı tek başına bunlara dayandırmamalısınız. Veri kaybı veya teknik aksaklıklardan kaynaklanan zararlardan TaskTomo sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. DEĞİŞİKLİKLER

TaskTomo, işbu koşulları dilediği zaman güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

These Terms of Use ('Agreement') govern your access to and use of the TaskTomo mobile application and website. By downloading or using the app or website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

TaskTomo provides productivity tools, AI-powered study assistance, gamification elements, and social features. Our website additionally offers free informational tools that anyone can use without an account (a YKS ranking estimator and a GPA calculator), along with marketing, FAQ, and press pages. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

2. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. AI FEATURES — TOMO AI COACH & EXAM ANALYSIS

TaskTomo includes AI-powered features: the Tomo AI Coach (study chat assistant) and AI Exam Analysis. These features are provided as productivity aids only. TaskTomo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. These features must not be used for medical, legal, financial, or any advice requiring professional judgment. You are solely responsible for how you act on AI-generated responses.

4. USER CONDUCT & USER GENERATED CONTENT

The app allows users to interact through community and multiplayer features. TaskTomo has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats,
Sharing obscene, pornographic, or illegal content,
Spamming or disruptive behavior.

We reserve the right to remove any content and ban users violating these rules without prior notice.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & VIRTUAL ITEMS

All rights, titles, and interests in the app belong to TaskTomo. Virtual items (XP, Badges, Banners) earned or unlocked in the app grant you a limited, non-transferable license for in-app use only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. PAYMENTS & ADVERTISING

The TaskTomo mobile app is currently free to use and contains no advertisements. Our website, however, may display third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense). If optional paid features (such as a premium subscription) are introduced in the future, they will be managed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and subject to those stores' payment, renewal, and refund policies. We will update these Terms before enabling any paid feature.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. TaskTomo makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app or website. This app is a productivity tool and does not guarantee academic or professional results. The tools on our website (such as the YKS ranking estimator and GPA calculator) produce approximate results for informational purposes only; they are not official predictions or guarantees, and you should not rely on them alone for important decisions. We are not liable for any data loss or technical malfunctions.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
